We intend to provide you with an excellent level of service, so you can rest assured that if your flight should suffer a significant delay you will be offered assistance appropriate to the length of delay.

In the event of a significant flight delay you may be offered vouchers, which you can redeem in the airport catering outlets or on-board the aircraft. If the delay is longer than 5 hours, you may elect to cancel your flight and may obtain a full refund for the flight cost, including all fees, upon application. If your flight is subject to an overnight delay at your departure airport, we will do everything possible to look after you, including arranging hotel accommodation at our expense.
