This Groups bookings service is for groups of 17 or more passengers. Groups sizes of 16 or less should be made as a regular booking. The terms and conditions relating to group bookings are outlined below, and we recommend you read these before making a group booking enquiry.

Terms & conditions of group bookings (17 or more passegners) with Thomsonfly.com
Offers for groups of 17 passengers or more are subject to the booking conditions and Conditions of Carriage of Thomsonfly, in addition to the following provisions. These together form the "Conditions of Contract" for the group booking. The booking conditions and Conditions of Carriage can be viewed by clicking

You will be emailed with our response to your booking request within 48 hours of the enquiry being made on a working day, and 72 hours on other days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Offers will be valid for 24 hours after they have been sent. The offer remains subject to availability and no commitment to availability is made, or should be inferred, when the quotation is provided.
Payment must be made in full at the time the booking is made.
A complete list of all names must be submitted to
CustomerServices@thomsonfly.com no less than 28 days prior to departure. The reference number must be included in the subject field of the e-mail. Failure to comply with these conditions will mean that any name supplied after this date or any subsequent name change will incur a charge of £30/€50 per passenger per flight segment. No name changes will be permitted on Group bookings within 48 hours of departure.
The entire handling procedure for the booking, including payment, will be conducted with the Group Contact specified in the offer. The Group Contact is obliged to provide each group member with all necessary information concerning their flight, including a copy of the booking confirmation. All information supplied to the Group Contact, including these Conditions of Contract, shall be deemed to have been supplied each and every group member. The Group Contact must provide Thomsonfly with a mobile phone number.
Any additional passengers must be booked at the prevailing fare on a separate booking.
There can be no variation to the group size, and no refunds for cancellation. Failure of any group member to show for the flight or any legitimate refusal by Thomsonfly.com to carry a group member does not invalidate travel for the remaining group members.
