Booking with us is a simple process. You can make bookings with us via this website Thomsonfly.com, or via our Call Centre up to 2 hours prior to departure. If you wish to book a large group, exceeding 16 passengers, please click here for details.

The cheapest way to make bookings is through our website, where you will receive a £5 / €7.50 discount per flight booked by comparison with booking via our call centre. You will always be offered the cheapest available fares at the time you make your booking.

Maximum number of passengers on a booking

Depending on your flight route, you can book up to 16 passengers in one online transaction (selected routes there is a limit of 9 passengers). Please click here for more details on making a group booking.

Latest booking time

Bookings can be made via Thomsonfly.com or by telephone up to 2 hours before scheduled departure time. Bookings made within 2 hours of take-off can be made at the departure airport. Subject to availability.

Booking via our website
If you wish to book your flights via our website it could not be easier. Start at the homepage or just click on 'Book a flight' at the top of any page to begin.

Search…
Enter your requirements including departure and destination airports, dates and party size. We offer fares to many of our routes on both a “one way” and/or “return flight” basis, giving you flexibility to stay for as long (or as short) as you choose.

Select…
This section displays all of the flights, which meet your search requirements and usually a number of alternative options for you to consider. Simply select the flight(s) that you wish to book. It’s that easy!

Confirm…
The prices of your selected flight will be presented here. To give you greater flexibility, the stated prices refer only to a one-way flight, exclusive of applicable taxes and charges, as these vary from route to route. You will also be able to see a full breakdown of the taxes and charges applicable to the flights you have selected.

Your Details and Choices…
You will also have the opportunity to select a range of options, depending on your route, from extra leg room seats and great value insurance through to delicious in flight meals and resort transfers.

Buy…
You will be asked to provide us with your personal details to complete your secure online flight booking. Please ensure that all passenger names are entered exactly as they appear on the passport, (or other photo ID, which is deemed acceptable to Thomsonfly).

It is very important that you provide us with accurate contact information, as we may need to contact you prior to the day of departure.

When you select your payment type, any associated fees will be clearly displayed next to that payment type. Simply enter your payment details, making sure that the name you input exactly matches the name on your card. Your flight and any extras booked must be paid in full at the time of booking. Before moving on, you will be asked to confirm that you have accepted our Booking Conditions, Conditions of Carriage and Data Protection Policies.

Fly…
After your payment has been authorised, you will see your booking confirmation. We will also send your booking confirmation, which will show your Booking Reference Number. You will need this booking reference number whenever you contact us and also in order to check-in / travel. You will be issued with flight tickets, unless travelling on one of our “ticket-less routes”. This will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

If you are calling from outside of the UK, you can dial a local phone number, with the call being charged at the normal local or national rate. The calls are forwarded to our Call Centre at no additional cost to the caller.

Payment for all our Thomsonfly flights and services can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Debit Card (formerly Visa Delta), American Express and Visa Electron. A charge will be made for payments made using credit/debit cards (except Visa Electron).
